This is an agreement between Theatrix and

AGREEMENT TERMS
1. MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS AND CUTS: SMALL TALK will be produced in its entirety. However the theatre organization may make minor changes to adapt the show to its particular needs or circumstances.
Major changes (e.g. cutting a song or sections of the dialogue) must be approved
by Theatrix.

4. PRICES FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS:
Option 1. A full set of production
materials which includes: 18 copies of the Libretto, 3 copies of the piano
score, lead sheets for the cast, and a Production Booklet. The price for the
full set is $125.00.
Option
2. A Master Set (or PDF files) of the Libretto, Piano score, the lead sheets and
the Production Booklet. The price for the
Master Set is $ 35.00.

5. REHEARSAL CD: 18 recorded songs with complete piano
music.

7. THEATRE PROGRAM: The printed program (playbill) for the production will include the following information:

8. PROMOTION: Any promotion for the show must include
the writer's name: Joe Bonacci.
The theatre organization will provide Theatrix with copies of advertisements,
programs and reviews, if any, concerning their production of SMALL TALK.
Theatrix will have the right
to publicize information about the theatre group’s production.
9. LOGO: The theatre group may use the SMALL TALK
logo supplied by Theatrix, or it may create its own logo for promotion and for
the program.
10. RECORDINGS: The theatre group may make any recordings
of the show.
