Small Talk
The Oasis is now buzzing with conversation, all of which is very superficial and to Wally, very boring. The conversation builds to a fever pitch and segues to the song SMALL TALK. During the song Wally complains to Becky about this empty chatter. However, Becky explains that this harmless conversation is far better than what you'd hear if people said what's really on their minds; and she quickly demonstrates. This changes the focus of the song until Wally reluctantly agrees that maybe small talk isn't so bad after all.
